Visit the “Genta kiln” by Genta Yamamoto, a potter who revived the local ceramic art “Hoshino Yaki” with a history of more than 300 years. Learn all about the magical art of this Hoshino-ware from a professional himself. He creates unqiue and special pottery designs with inspriation from the town. Hoshino’s pottery was born in the image of indulging in a cup of delcious green tea in the golden evening sun. This inspiration is what makes the pottery so magnificent.
