※You may also drop by Higashihiroshima's confectionery shops dealing with sweets that has a motif of Saijo's sake.
*Hirata-ya Honpo : Established in 1916. Famous for “Taru-senbei,” sake barrel-shaped cookies.
*Sakura-ya : “Taru-monaka," sake barrel-shaped wafer cake filled with sweet bean jam.
*HIGHLIGHTS
Sake Brewery guided tour at "Saijo" which is called "the three largest Japanese Sake spot"
The access is easy, just in front of Saijo station.
By drinking and comapring you'll find your favorite Japanese sake.
Look around "Sake Brewery Street" at the town which there're many sake breweries.
