Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library: You will start your tour to visit western style buildings here at a dynamic architecture! It is a building as beautiful as a Greek temple, with a history of longer than 100 years. This building is used as a library so you can get in there!

Stop At: Osaka City Central Public Hall, 1-chōme-1-番27号 Nakanoshima, Kita Ward, Osaka, 530-0005, Japan

Osaka City Central Public Hall: A very beautiful city hall with a breathtaking contrast of blue, green, and red of water, greenery, and red bricks. It is a symbolic building of Osaka of knowledge, culture, and history where people still gather, take a rest and learn.

Stop At: 青山ビル, 2-chōme-2-6 Fushimimachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 541-0044, Japan

Aoyama building: A beautiful building made from brick covered with ivy. The scenery consisting of ivy and greenery in the backyard changes according to the season, which attracts people’s heart. There are shops in it and also a café where you can have a break.

Stop At: Ikoma Building, 2-2-12 Hiranomachi, Chuo, Osaka 541-0046 Osaka Prefecture

Ikoma Building: A tall building with a huge clock made from brick. Since it was built as a headquarter office of a clock company, it has many beautiful ornaments related to clocks such as a clock tower on the roof, a window with paintings of a pendulum, and more. It is still used as an office building!

Semba Building: On your first sight, it looks like just one of those usual brick-made buildings but the courtyard with greenery and sunlight is very beautiful! This building is still used as an office by several companies.

Stop At: Shibakawa Bldg. Parking Lot, 3-chōme-3-6 Fushimimachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 541-0044, Japan

Shibakawa Building: A building with a long history made from stone. There are restaurants and specialty shops in it so you can buy fashionable goods like a sophisticated general good while enjoying the quaint atmosphere inside the building.

Stop At: 適塾・緒方洪庵旧宅, 3-chōme-3-8 Kitahama, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 541-0041, Japan

Tekijuku: The last spot of this tour is a building from the Edo period, 19th century. It used to be a place to study and is said that it is the root of Osaka University. This is the place where many great people who supported the prosperity of Osaka studied.
