Umebijin Brewery makes sake according to the traditional method from ancient times with high-grade quality control as well. Visit the sake warehouse and observe how their sake is made.
The brewery consists of historical buildings registered as a tangible cultural property with a brick chimney served as a landmark of the city. The staff including the chief sake brewer is pleased to show you around the brewery.
After the tour, you can taste the signature sake and liqueurs in a modern space remodeling a part of the sake warehouse.
Have a nice time while sampling the premium sake in a calm and elegant space.
If you find a sake that suits your taste, you can purchase it at the shop for a souvenir (optional).

On specific days from January to March, you can watch the materials under the fermentation in the back of the brewery.
