Yanagawa Station bicycle rentals: You will rent a bicycle here to visit the spots efficiently and start your tour!
In case the weather is rain, No worries, we will use a bus to see all the spots!

Hiromatsu Furniture Inc.: A furniture maker established in 1950. The furniture they make extracts the beauty of the wood to its fullest and is famous not only in Japan but across the world! Appreciate the furniture produced by Japanese craftsmen’s technique!

Stop At: Chikugo River Lift Bridge, Wakatsu Mukaijima, Okawa 831-0005 Fukuoka Prefecture
A bridge on Chikugo River that supports the daily life of locals. A part of the bridge lifts until it becomes vertical! Being there at the right time, you can walk to Saga, the prefecture next to Fukuoka! This bridge is also popular as a spot bringing a lack!

A shop dealing with Okawa furniture and other woodcrafts which is located next to Chikugo River Lift Bridge. The coffee you drink while watching the bridge and river on the terrace of this shop is something special that you will like. You can make your own “Okawa Kumiko”, famous woodcraft unique to this area, so why not trying!

“Okawa Kumiko”, woodcraft unique to this area, are exhibited here. Some of them are just displayed as a piece of art, but others are also for sale! This woodcraft doesn’t use a nail at all! The beautiful shape is so popular that it was recently adopted by a famous hotel and luxury train!

Yanagawa River Cruising: At the second half of the tour, you will visit the other city of a river, Yanagawa area! The boat trip at Yanagawa is a must to experience! You will like the beautiful view of the tasteful castle town and wild greenery. The gentle motion of the boat and narration of the captain will make you relax!
You must be tired after cycling and walking a lot. Let’s try one of the Japanese bathing styles: foot bathing, and cure your fatigue!
