5) If an error page appears after clicking the [Print Ticket] button, please close the error page and return to your booking details to retry. It may take two to three attempts for the ticket voucher to display.
E-tickets (voucher with QR code) can be exchanged to physical ticket by travelers on ticket vending machines located at 4F in SKYTREE.
