Homei Shuzo (Horoyoi Sake Brewery), Horoyoi Castle Storehouse: A sake brewery where the traditions of the Tamba Toji brewers live on. On our tour, you will visit this brewery, which has been in business for over 200 years. Tastings are also available, and you can enjoy the differences in taste resulting from the brewing techniques used. In addition to traditionally brewed Japanese sake, the brewery also sells unique local sake, made from locally grown black soybeans and chestnuts.
