“Experience Dining Japanese Color -WASHOKU-” is an interactive restaurant with the theme of “Japanese food experience”.
In this cooking class, you can make three kinds of menus: Temari sushi (9 pieces), luxurious pickles, and misotama (miso soup) using luxurious ingredients such as sea urchin, caviar, and gold leaf.
For those who live in Japan as well as those who come from abroad, we cook together with experienced staff who can speak English while learning about the history of Asakusa and the history of sushi.
Held twice a day (9: 00-11: 00/15: 00-17: 00), groups of 1 to 30 people can participate.
In addition, it is a recommended course for families with children, as it is a content that even small children can experience.

• Premium Temari Sushi – “Sushi” ✕ “cute” = “Temari sushi” This course is a high-class Temari sushi using seafood, seaweed, caviar, gold leaf and other high-quality ingredients. You can easily make cute Temari sushi by grasping the tips on how to make and serve. Various ingredients can be freely arranged. This item is useful for hospitality or parties.
• Misotama – “Misotama (Miso soup)” is also very popular on TV. We introduce our original recipes using carefully selected white miso, dashi and other ingredients from Kyoto. Our “Misotama” is supervised by a registered dietitian and has a gentle and relaxed taste. It is very convenient because it can be reproduced at home and lasts a long time.
