Japanese Calligraphy experience & Original folding fan making!! vol.2 `Tokyo’「東京」
We are going to hold a special calligraphy workshop!!
You’ll learn about the brief history of Japanese characters and calligraphy and experience how to write it! We’ll teach you from the basic skill so you don’t need to worry about trying for the first time!

14:15- Introduce organizers, attendees, Japanese characters and calligraphy. Show the model of today’s work.
14:45:Practice the basic skills of Japanese calligraphy
15:00- Practice the word `東京（Tokyo）’and your own name on paper by following Sensei’s demonstration and video we prepare in advance for each name.
15:30- Start making your original folding fan!! Write `Tokyo’ and your name in Japanese on a plain folding fan. You can decorate with hanko and origami if you’d like.
