1Day Sushi Chef in Shibuya

At the canteen, the host Ayame wearing Kimono is waiting for you with her smile.

Firstly the guests can put on Sushi Chef uniform and introduce yourself in short time. And then, let’s start Sushi making workshop. During the work shop, Ayame will introduce Japanese food and Sushi history. You can learn four styles of Sushi shape like Nigiri, Battle ship roll, Hand roll and Hosomaki (thin roll). Her class is for beginner-friendly and she will support all of you.

You can get seven kinds of Sushi made by yourself. Before eating, let’s take a photo to mark the occasion. It must show you as a real Sushi Chef. And then, Ayame will provide Miso-soup and small dish she made, please enjoy them with your Sushi. You can order beer, sake and tea with extra charge.

You can learn how to make four kinds of Sushi shapes. When you go back to your country, you can hold a Sushi party!
