In Japan, it is called soba-mae. After enjoying soba-mae, finish off with soba. It is also common to order tempura as a set with soba. This combination of tempura, sake, and soba goes very well together, making it a well-balanced dish. Our store is usually a popular handmade soba restaurant in Sapporo City.
