• This service is available for arrivals at Haneda Airport.
Arrival flight time must be between 21:01 – 06:59.
Airserve staff will assist you for 2 hours after your flight arrival, or until you board your transportation from the airport, whichever comes first.
• Included assistant such as Currency exchange, WiFi/Sim rental, Purchasing train/bus ticket etc.
• It is not included any transportation fee. It must be paid on the spot.
The JR Pass Exchange Office is open from 6:30 AM to 20:00 PM at Haneda Airport. Due to this, it is not possible to assist the JR Pass activation in this activity. If your flight is between 7:00 – 21:00, please book our meet and Greet at Haneda Airport.
