From the way you prepare and press the rice, to the way you move your fingers, right down to the ingredients, sushi is an art! You’ll find that even a small difference can completely change the taste and final result.

You’ll enjoy cooking, and then you’ll have the chance to taste what you’ve cooked and take photos! The menu includes sushi rolls, chirashi sushi and California rolls. We will also teach how to make miso soup as a set.
