You’ll enjoy making noodles using a noodle-making machine, choose the base of soup from soy sauce, miso, and salt, and enjoy a handmade experience while being taught how to make and bake gyoza (dumpling) bean paste. We will prepare the rice and you can enjoy making your own “half-rice ramen with gyoza”. And then you’ll have the chance to taste what you’ve cooked and take photos!
