Itinerary

Independent training for kickboxing.

Voluntary training about 60 to 90 minutes

Training menu example
1. Jump rope
2. Shadow Boxing
3.Sandback strike
4. Mitt strike (Trainer will receive 2 rounds for 3 minutes)
5. Muscle training
Squat, crunch, push up

It is also possible to participate in group lessons with voluntary training. Can stay up to 2 hours.
