W “Wayn-Zen Fasting & Meditation Retreat” is a program that meditation, fasting, and detoxifying the mind and body while replenishing the energy from the rich nature at Wayn-Zen Onna Shoen in Onna Village, Okinawa.
。A luxurious time to spend your time quietly in nature away from the busy everyday life surrounded by lots of things, information and food, and to look at yourself. The combination of “ fasting ” to rest the digestive organs that are usually abused and “ meditation ” unique to Wayn-Zen while feeling the connection between the heavens and the earth, sharpens all five senses and fills the mind and body with energy .

[Smoothie fasting course for 3 days and 2 nights] @ Every Friday from 15:00 to Sunday at 15:30
This course is recommended for beginners and is easy to participate every three days from Friday to Sunday.
* Those who participate in the three-day weekend course are limited to smoothies only from the first day. Half the meal on the day of participation.
* On the day, please bring easy-to-move clothes, sports shoes, and rain gear in addition to those necessary for your stay.
