歩 This is a walking meditation that focuses on the soles of the feet while feeling the morning air of Onna Village and deeply feels the connection to the earth. With the guidance of staff, walk the beach to the beach at a slow pace. As the sensation becomes more delicate, you feel the wind and become more conscious of the birds’ voices and small flowers. Let’s unite with the heavens, the sea and all nature, and start the day comfortably by charging energy.
