Nishinomiya Trip Overview
At the beginning of this class, choose your favorite lunch box and wear the original kimono style apron.
Cooking starts from making traditional Japanese stock ‘Dashi’. After that, you make seven basic Japanese dishes often eaten at home, using Wagyu (Japanese beef), shrimp, salmon, egg, squash and mushroom, green vegetable, also make triangular rice balls.
In this experience, you acquire various cooking techniques such as frying, grilling, simmering and marinade. In addition, after practicing to make triangular shapes using plastic molds, you complete two rice balls.
When all the dishes are completed, please try packing in a lunch box with fresh vegetables! Your instructor advises on an attractive pack way.
At the end, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let’s say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the meal you made served with the complimentary Miso soup.
