About Kirifuri Highland
Kirifuri Highland is a plateau area at an altitude of about 1,200m which stands on the slope of Mt. Akanagi.
It is known as a treasure trove of alpine flora as well as colony of the Nikko day lilies with pride of around 260,000 yellow flowers in full bloom from late June to mid-July.
