How To Use
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
Your driver will wait and pick you up at the airport exit or the appointed pick up point. Please contact your driver when you have arrived at the point. You will receive the driver’s contact information one day before your departure date (at the latest, three hours before your departure.) Please take note of the driver’s contact information
Kindly launch the International Roaming Service for your phone prior to our departure
Should you have any difficulties, you can also contact the transfer service’s airport dispatcher to get quick, 1-on-1 services. Contact details will be provided on the voucher
Arrival:
The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will be incurred
For flight delays within 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes with no surcharge
For flight delays more than 2 hours due to weather, you may cancel the booking with full refunds or pay a waiting fee of JPY3500 per hour to keep the driver waiting
Departure:
The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will be incurred
