Airport Pick Up Information
Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 4 hour (s) before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

For arrivals, please meet the driver near the first gate after you claim your luggage

For arrivals with at least 2-hour flight delays due to weather conditions of the day, you may cancel the booking and get a full refund or pay a waiting fee of JPY3,500 per hour
For departures, the driver will arrive according to your pick up time and will wait for up to 30 minutes for free
