Itinerary
Pitch a tent in the natures of Nametoko Gorge inside a national park. Pour water on the burning hot sauna stones densely packed over a firewood stove inside a tent. Warm-up and relax your body in this steam sauna.
Go outside, feel the fresh air, both your body and mind will be completely refreshed.
Take a break every 10 minutes or so and repeat 2 or 3 times.
You’ll be feeling a unique kind of full-body warmth.
This sensation is called “Totonou”. The body and the mind are in a state comparable to meditation, or even a runner’s high. You won’t feel the cold outside, your mind will be clear and your body relaxed.
