This plan offers a bridal couple a chance to dress Japanese-style bridal costumes and have a wedding ceremony in the Geihinkan, a Registered Tangible Cultural property of Japan or our garden, and have a meal and drink.
1. Dressing a bridal pair 2 hours
Welcome to Kyoto Rakuto Geihinkan! We are happy to help the bride and groom get dressed.
2. Explanation on the ceremony at Geihinkan 30 minutes
The chief priest of Ohishi-jinja shrine will explain how to proceed with the wedding ceremony.
3. Wedding ceremony 30 minutes
The wedding ceremony will be held in the Japanese garden. (If it rains, the ceremony will be held inside the building.)
4. Photo shooting 30 minutes
After the ceremony, you will have your photos taken in the Japanese garden and inside the Geihinkan
5. Relaxed dining – the end of the experience 2 hours
Enjoy your meal in a relaxed way seeing the beautiful gardens.
