This famous Zen temple is an icon of Samurai culture and one of must-sees in Kyoto. The beauty of Golden Pagoda which completely harmonizes with its garden is beyond description.

We walk through the renowned sky-high bamboo grove and plunge into the world of fresh green. Let’s stop and close our eyes. We can hear the bamboo trunks and leaves touch each other in the soft breeze and making sounds that heal our heart tenderly.
We walk through the naturally-like maintained park then walk along the river. The landscape once dominated by nobles is so peaceful.
We take a lunch break and enjoy Kyoto specialty.
