Here Kurume is known as Japan’s three major taverns.
The wing cranes that we visit this factory are making delicious sake using rice that has benefited from the water of the Chikugo River.
Take this opportunity to learn about the depth of sake.
Ninomiya-san, a wing crane, is easy to understand and will teach you about sake!
It’s a unique experience that you can’t easily see in a Japanese sake factory with a kimono or yukata.
