Because of this, the huge inner wholesale area and consumer outer area are in two different locations. Experience both modern and nostalgic market and learn about the local culinary culture and taste the best foods!
Meet up with your local guide at Shijo-mae station(Toyosu) and your guide will help you walk around modern Toyosu wholesale building and then take you to small family-run shops in Tsukiji, selling the best quality foods, drinks, kitchen utensils, etc.. You get to enjoy some of the free samples(Japanese green tea, Dashi soup etc..) while listening the histories and stories behind them along with the menu below.
