This is the smallest brewery we will visit. It is run by four workers. They make 40,000 bottles a year. They make very high quality sake.

Stop At: Kobe Shu-shin-kan Breweries, 1-8-17 Mikagetsukamachi, Higashinada-Ku, Kobe 658-0044 Hyogo Prefecture
250-year-old, mid-sized brewery with about 13 workers.

Stop At: Okage Tofuan, 5-7-3 Mikagehommachi, Higashinada-Ku, Kobe 658-0046 Hyogo Prefecture
Snack time! Try some silky or deep-fried handmade tofu from a family-run business. Oishii!

Stop At: Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, 4-5-5 Sumiyoshi Minamimachi, Higashinada-Ku, Kobe 658-0041 Hyogo Prefecture
This is the biggest sake brewery in Japan with an interactive museum. Here we will try sake, yuzu, and plum sake.

One of the smallest breweries which has craft, unfiltered, and unpasteurized sakes. It has a locally-famous eighty-year-old sake master.
