Sawanotsuru Museum: Sawanotsuru, a long-established sake brewery celebrated its 300th anniversary last year. By continuing to use traditional sake brewing methods and fine raw materials without pursuing volume and low prices, they have been producing a variety of precious Japanese sake. Brewery buildings originally constructed in the late Edo period were precisely restored and converted into a museum. Here, exhibits such as huge vats and tools are displayed with easy-to-understand commentaries.

Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum:
It was opened in 1984 in Nakayamate, Kobe, as the only museum of carpentry tools in Japan, to collect and conserve such disappearing tools as a cultural heritage, and to pass them on to the next generation through research and exhibitions.
The museum has 35,000 items on display and offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the skills, wisdom, and spirit of the people who use the tools, as well as the architecture and wood culture that surrounds it.
