#1 Do you want to try make an Okonomiyaki? It’s like a pancake with wheat flour, egg, water and cabbages.

The atmosphere and location of the bars make it difficult for tourists to step in but those are loved by local residents. Get to know the atmosphere of the town and experience drinking culture of Japan. We will visit a few pubs and restaurants based on your request. Get off the Nankai train at Izumisano station 2 next from Kansai International Airport station. Bunpuku is near the station. The tour starts at 4:00 pm from Izumisano Station. Bunpuku is a very famous restaurant with its history of 75 years. Here, you can have an okonomiyaki and beer.

This bar has an image of being visited by cowboys, and has a wide variety of craft beers. You can also tell the friendly master what you like and he will choose a recommended beer for you.

An old-fashioned bargain bar is near Izumisano station. There are chairs so it’s not a standing bar, but the atmosphere is that of a standing bar. Only this bar is always full because of its popularity for locals. We have Apollo (tofu and eggs), yakitori(chicken skewer) and beer.

The skilled owner is particular about the ingredients and taste. Oden is full of flavor and delicious.
Yakitori also has a strong chicken flavor, and is delicious with only salt seasoning. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team and has great customer service.

Located about a 3-minute walk from Izumisano station, Chinggis is a restaurant where you can enjoy lamb loin and beer. It is a gastropub. The owner is unable to speak due to a throat disease, but he is full of charm and good at golf playing.

Plenty of appetizers, cheeses and smoked dishes are available. You can have a lot of appetizer such as mozzarella mixed-tenpura with a glass of wine.
