What you will need
Tools: microwave; heat-resistant bowl; spatula; plastic wrap; vat or big plate; tea strainer; kitchen knife

Ingredients: glutinous rice flour 50g; sugar 1 tbs and ½ tsp; water ¼ cup and 1 tbs; red bean paste 3 tbs; cream cheese 3 tbs; strawberry 2; frozen fruits 15g ×2 (mango, blueberry, raspberry, etc.); matcha powder ½ tbs; corn starch or potato starch 5 tbs.

Preparation
・ Use a microwave.
・ Be careful to use a heat-resistant bowl that can be used in a microwave.
・ Strawberry Daifuku will be completed within the end of the workshop. Matcha cream cheese filling will be completed only after cooking and freezing, so please enjoy it at later.
・ Leave the cream cheese and the red bean paste in the fridge and the frozen fruits in the freezer until the teacher tells you to take them out.
