*Japanese calligraphy is very important in Japanese culture. This class will focus on using a brush for writing.
You will have a fun hands-on learning experience. By the end of the class you will be able to create your own fan or signboard to take away as a special memento.

* I easily explain the history about calligraphy first.
And…
Choose a word that means a lot to you, such as LOVE, HAPPINESS, MONEY, LUCK and your instructor will show you the kanji for the meaning and show you how to draw the kanji.
Afterwards, you can have fun making the Kanji with the brush and ink.
(Several kinds of example is prepared.).
*After you finish and while the ink is drying, we will take a small break and have some Japanese tea, sweets snacks, and fun conversation.
