Nonomiya shrine is a small shrine surrounded by a bamboo grove. It has a reputation for helping women to find love or to wish for children and for a safe childbirth. Visitors can purchase amulets for a good relationship, conception of a child and more.

A photogenic 500 metre-long path through an immense bamboo grove. A must see beautiful sight when sun light filters through the bamboo.

Togetsu bridge is a landmark in Arashiyama district and it attracts visitors because of its beautiful scenery, especially during the cherry blossom season in spring and coloured leaves in Autumn.
